BABY’S FIRSTS

How I wish I could turn back time and have photos like these coming home from the hospital.

My youngest child is now 5 years old, and five years post partum, I no longer care how messy my hair was when I was leaving the hospital post c/section, all I wish is I could remember my oldest child’s face when she first met her baby sister, and my parents both excited and crying when they met their 8th grandchild.

While many families hire me for birth photography, many hospitals are still only allowing 1 visitor during delivery and for most of my families that is going to be their significant other, their partner or spouse.

We have been capturing all the sweetest moments of my families older children meeting their families newborn babies as they are coming home from the hospital, along with all of baby’s firsts. Parents carrying baby out of the hospital outside for the first time in their baby carrier, baby’s first car ride home, baby entering the family house for the first time, and meeting all the special people (and fur babies) waiting for baby at home, from big brother or big sister, to grandma, grandpa, and their older sibling doggy.
