VBAC Workshop Reunion: A Passion for Empowering Births

Reconnecting with Dr. Gena was a joy. Our paths first crossed at Natural Birthworks Birth Center in Margate, during a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) workshop led by the incredible midwives Gelena Hinkley and Sandra Lobaina. Dr. Delisa Skeete Henry, a highly respected OBGYN with extensive VBAC experience, shared invaluable insights, empowering expectant mothers to make informed choices about their births.

Dr. Kat Vigo, of painless-pregnancy.com is a obstetrics physical therapist for prenatal and post partum care. She specializes in helping women with problems ranging from incontinence to weakened abdominal, hip, gluteal muscles (like myself and we have been working together and she is phenomenal!!) and even dealing with back pain, sciatica pain during pregnancy and round ligament pain and after.
